What we are about
We’re a collaborative group of Health & Wellness Coaches with this site being our marketplace of online ideas. We are excited to launch this site in 2024 after 25+ years of working face-to-face in New York City.
That is, we have chosen to work together to create a single landing page for a diverse group of practitioners with different perspectives and products to address your journey through life.
Our name is chosen because whether you are looking for a few tips (Parts) or a more comprehensive holistic approach (Sum) to enable your success, we believe in helping people where they actually are in life.
We are WholeSum & Parts and we look forward to meeting you!
Parts…are our products
We’ve categorized our offerings according to replenishing oneself, inner movement and outer movement. All of these take into account our integral need to be a part of what - and who - is around us.
Replenishing contains our Detox E-book (Healthy living E-book) . We also have links to more comprehensive Ebooks on Health and Wellness.
Inner Movement contains our Health and Wellness Ebook and a 4 Week Plan of Eating Clean for a Healthy Body. Inner Movement content also contains information on resetting or flushing the lymphatic system.
Outer Movement contains a Month Workout Plan (including our best Workout Plans for Women, and our Post-Abdominal Surgery Workout Plan).
We look holistically at humans: inside, outside and locale environment.
Movement is a key to life, and that includes the movement within us. Both are responsive to the environment and the choices we have available with the world around us. To that end, we believe in engaging in healthy movement and exercise, clean- eating and detoxing as part of health & well-being.
As a fair amount of time to develop beneficial habits, we look at 4 week (or 28 day) Plans and Programs to assist your amazing life! Our Health and Wellness Coaches create, maintain and update new services and products as part of our belief in a wonderful you.
