Online Training

Have you considered online training, or thought about what a professional coach could help you achieve? We didn’t before we became coaches and before the pandemic.

But now….

We actually use two different types of online coaching (and coach some people online as well). Aleks uses an app and has a long-time coach/friend provide some workout days that are different than here style. The idea is to get out of one’s head, try something new, and stay out of ruts and the lack of consistency – and JOY! – that a never-changing routine can bring…

An example is shown in the image below. In this case, the person is looking for an ‘add-on’ movement quality program to make sure that the workouts they currently like to do, don’t create any subtle issues that show up later as aches-and-pains, plateaus in achieving their goals, or exacerbate some long-ago injuries. Mike uses an E-book that he has been creating to recover from a hernia surgery. The idea was to take as step back, really cut out all fancy movements and styles and focus on some basics in a novel order/style to deal with the fact that he was not allowed to do core exercises which of course are all the rage the days…That was a very unexpected directive from the medical staff, but that’s what medical staff should do: minimize negative choices.

  • We are responsive, just as you and your body are responsive to results. Trying, doing and evaluating are all part of the puzzle. As is being honest with the actions and corresponding results. We don’t believe recipes cook themselves, and any exercise, recovery, mental health habit practice, don’t just cause the correct change. The inter-relationship of the idea and your response causes change. We work to make sure the actions match the results.

  • We are learning. Why would learning stop? Nothing’s perfect yet. We’re not perfect. This website, our collective, it isn’t perfect, it was simply an evolution to get better as we realized just how much garbage and misinformation and lack of success is out there. How could the explosion of the Internet and all it’s ‘knowledge’ still match millions more people getting sicker, more obese, having more syndromes and diseases, complications and…sadness? Our motive is happiness. Success from that happiness. Yours.
