Where to Start

If you’re a little unsure of where to start for your health and wellness – maybe the summer has been challenging, or an unexpected event took away your helpful routines – let us help!

If you want to move more, please try our Month Workout Plan. It’s one of the best workout plans for women that we’ve come up with and includes videos, explanations and modifications. It includes a 28 day clean-eating meal plan.

If you’re moving as well as you can, but maybe feel run down or are concerned about your immune system, or your energy levels, please consider our Detox E-book. This ebook focuses on:

  • Clean Eating. This is the simple version of that term: how to scale down, simplify and change what and how you eat for the better. No crazy measuring or obsessive attention to details. Big picture ideas that have worked for hundreds of millions of humans over the past thousand years.

  • Habits and Ways to Think/Modify Them. For many people, habits are the real challenge. Knowledge isn’t. But knowledge just doesn’t change habits efficiently, or we’d all be just fine right now given how much knowledge there is (real, accurate knowledge) compared to a few hundred years ago. Yet, we’re far sicker as a human species.

  • Fun! Our group isn’t gloom-and-doom any more than a 3rd grad teacher should be gloom and doom that her starting students don’t know math or history. We love to share workable knowledge that works. We’re advocates and humans and practitioners too!

We also have an Ebook on Lymphatic resets. What in the world is that??! These techniques are gentle ways to help boost your immune system and help with underlying issues that may be limiting your energy and drive to have great days. And…how exactly does that work?

  • The lymphatic system is the highway of your immune system. It’s where you white blood cells fight and sequester invading bacteria and viruses. It’s also where some of the most important early (generating) parts of your body defenses start as well as where the “main” fights happen that turn the tide on infections

  • The lymhatic system is asymmetrical and has blockage points called nodes. These are physical areas where your body works on defending itself and getting ready for the next defense. That means, specific locations on your body are important for the defense of your entire body

  • The lymphatic system isn’t powered by a pump or motor. Your cardiovascular system is powered by your heart and even your skeletal muscles help move blood through your arteries and veins. Your lymphatic system doesn’t have that help. It’s actually pretty odd, but likely represents an evolved compromise to not move viruses and bacteria before they can be dealt with in a limited area.

Check it out if you’re interested in learning and employing a short collection of resets to help with your immune system that doesn’t require drugs, much equipment, time or energy. And it may in fact, increase your energy.

We’re happy to answer questions, so please feel free to email us if we can help!
